  I have Adobe Lightroom… for building web designs. How do I configure FTP file transfer to WordPress.com site?
  To upload I need to enter:
  Server
  Username
  Password
  Server path

  There is no ftp access at WordPress.com. Content (not themes, formatting) can be imported using a .xml file only.
