Uploading photos to posts

  When I go to upload photos to my posts, the files where my photos are aren’t showing my photos! There are only two screenshots showing up, but when I look at the photos app on my mac the folder is full of photos. This has never happened before. Help!

  Good morning –

  That’s strange. Can you grab a screen shot of what you’re seeing? Add that screen shot to the media library of your site and we can take a look at it from there.

  Some quick browser troubleshooting tips:
  1. Try a different browser, does it work differently?
  2. Clear the browser cache:

  Hi there,

  I tried clearing the cache, didn’t work… basically when I go to upload my photos in the browse window it isn’t showing all my photos… I’ve put a screen shot in my media library… it is only showing two screenshots under the folder where all my photos are. So weird.

  Hi there,

  That’s an issue with your operating system. If you open the Finder and navigate to your Photos folder do you see all your photos?

  I quick workaround is to copy the photos you want to upload from your library to a temporary folder and then upload them to your site.
