  how do i download a post or a series of posts to my personal desktop so that i can upload them to a my webpage so that my posts can be opened without passwords directly from my webpage.

  Unless you set your posts to be Password Protected, anyone can read your posts without signing in anyway. I’m not seeing what the problem is.

  You cannot download OTHER people’s posts and then upload them to your blog. That is illegal.
