  Uploading of theme templates used to be free for wordpress sites, why do we have to sign up for business plan now, what happened?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You choose to activate any of the free (or Premium) themes found here: https://wordpress.com/themes That has always been the case . Other WordPress themes you see around the Interweb are designed for the WordPress.org software. The difference is that now they can be used here at WordPress.com by upgrading to the Business plan.
