Uploading theme

  Hi, I have just downloaded a wordpress theme on the internet, I have also created a website in wordpress but when i am trying to upload my downloaded theme into appereance/theme. I cannot find the way to do it. There should be a “uploading theme” next to “manage theme” but cannot find it !
  Could you please help me to sort that out?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
