Uploading themes

Why can’t I upload my theme to wordpress I have wordpress premium. I don’t see manage themes or upload themes. I purchased a custom theme and I can’t upload it. Also why do you not have a phone contact service.

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

My domain is hosted on hostgator and I just changed the domain names how do I go about uploading and working on my theme?

As I said in my first response, you can’t upload themes to a WordPress.com site. They can only uploaded to self hosted sites running the WordPress.org software.
If you wanted to host your entire website at HostGator, you’d be able to install your own themes. But if you intend to use WordPress.com as your host, you’ll need to select a theme from our showcase:
