  Do you need to have the business plan to upload a theme purchased outside of WordPress?

  Hi there,

  For a site hosted on WordPress.com you need the WordPress.com business plan to install third party themes, yes.

  But your site at http://findthelittlethings.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com. That site was built using the open source version of WordPress on Bluehost.com’s servers, so you can install whatever you like on that site as long as Bluehost themselves hasn’t blocked it for compatibility reasons.

  You don’t need any WordPress.com plan for that site, nor can you even buy one. The plans you see at My Site ->Plans are upgrade plans for the Jetpack plugin which you’re using to connect that site to your WordPress.com account:
