Uploading Themes

  When I try to upload a zip file, the page goes blank. I do not receive an error message at all. I have been on with my hosting site (network solution)’s support, and all they could give me was my max file size of either 25MB or 100MB, I received different answers. The zip file I am attempting to upload is only 9,800kB, so I know that the file size is not the problem. Please help!

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Network Solutions.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
