Uploading themes

  I’ve searched for the past half hour for the “install theme” section on wordpress where you upload custom themes, I’ve seen screenshots and tutorials of it being done, but for some reason I DON’T see it.

  It should be under the Appearance > Theme section, right? What am I missing?

  You can’t upload custom themes to WordPress.COM, you are limited to the 100+ themes under Appearance.

  I registered (purchased) under bluehost and installed wordpress through bluehost, not on WordPress.com

  If you installed WordPress then you are in the wrong Forum, did you bother to read the link posted above?
