Uploading themes if I have bought domain?

  Hi there, I would like to upload my own theme to my WP site but need to know whether purchasing the domain or mapping the existing domain to the WP site for $13 is sufficient to allow me to upload that theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. There is no upgrade short of the $30,000 a year VIP program that allows you to upload your own theme.

  Each upgrade does only exactly what it says. Buying a custom domain gets you a custom domain. Nothing else.
