Uploading Themes To My Store – What Level of Paid do I need!?!?

    Hello,

    I am looking to open a WordPress site, I do not need to have ecommerce added to it. I will be using it for a lifestyle blog.

    I want to upload a free theme recommended in the WordPress directory – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/themes/hello-fashion/

    When I go to upload a theme to my WordPress site it is telling me I need to upgrade to paid. Which I am happy to do but it is telling me I need business plan which is £32 a month. Through one page it will only let me set up as a yearly plan, if I do it through my admin it will allow monthly.

    This is where I get stuck. I will have to learn from scratch to use WordPress. I have a great Shopify site that I can use for less than this, but I don’t need e-commerce and won’t for what I am doing so I am hesitant to spend so much. Especially as I am just starting out.
