uploading video

  i am trying to upload a video from my own library on a password protected page i am editing. Format is .mov. But i receive an error message saying it cannot be uploaded due to security reasons

  You cannot upload videos on the Free Plan. The only solution is to embed them from YouTube or Vimeo or other services, https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
