Uploading videos

  I’ve added video press to my blog; but when I go to upload a video it appears to upload….but then stops and does nothing. I don’t seem to be able to actually load them into my media library and therefore, can’t get them into my blog…..Am I doing something wrong or is it a problem with my computer? Where can I find the step by step directions to uploading videos?
