Uploading videos stop at 100%. They do not crunch nor do they form the icon confirming uploading. They dont appear in library. I have deactivated all plugins but that did not helped. Pls advice.

My website is schoolofoccultscience.com. it is very much a WordPress website. I am still facing same problem as described above.
Is there a way to post screenshot. It shows uploading video stuck at 100%.
Would appreciate any help.

Hi there,
To clarify, we are not the only provider of WordPress sites, so we are able to help with sites that are hosted with us directly, but our support tools do not work on WordPress sites that you may have with other hosting providers.
In this case your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. We don’t offer plugins on WordPress.com by default (it is available via an upgrade) which was my clue that you may be hosted elsewhere.
As @freesiaatomica has noted, the good news is that help is definitely available for your site, not here but instead at the open-source WordPress forums located at this link: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks over in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help, thanks!
