I am very concerned. I received an email stating that a request was made to delete our website. Now our website has disappeared. We made NO such request. Our website took a lot of work and is very important to us. It’s vital our website is recovered. We do not want it deleted. To reiterate: we made no request for our website to be deleted. Please could you contact us urgently and reinstate our website which is vital to our work. .

Are you referring to collierstreetfictiongroup.com? From what I can see your WordPress.com Premium Plan (and bundled domain) were successfully auto-renewed on Aug 25, 2022, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/71749034
However, shortly after that (about 8 hours later) I see that you canceled these upgrades, which resulted in the refund you see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/71763986
At this point we are not under control of your domain (it has been returned to the registry) but the good news is that we are still be able to recover your it. I also noticed that you have since purchased a new plan (WordPress.com Personal) and that plan includes a free domain name. As a result I have re-added the domain to your account and bundled it with your upgrade, so there is no additional fee to restore this domain.
