Urgent – blog disappeared!

Hi there, I just tried to update my blog http://www.foodrambler.co.uk to the newest version of WordPress by clicking Automatic Update, and now receive this message when I go to the webpage:
Warning: require(E:domainsffoodrambler.co.ukuserhtdocs/wp-includes/option.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:domainsffoodrambler.co.ukuserhtdocswp-includesfunctions.php on line 8
Any help much appreciated.
