URGENT – can’t connect to admin page –

    Hello,
    I have been trying to connect to my WP website with no success at all since yesterday now. I do not understand what is going on and why it is not working.
    I haven’t changed password but it just won’t work.
    And when I click on the forgot my password and the system tells me they sent an email to the email adress for my login but I never receive the email to reset.
    As I can’t connect to my site, I can’t contact anyone specific for support, so I had to create another account in order to ask my question.
    This is very strange and I don’t understand what suddenly changed.
    Also, when I enter my website url, the system says that the site may be a copy of WordPress with a different hosting service. But I don’t get it, I have been using WordPress to access & modify my website.

    This is an urgent matter because I can’t access my professional website!
    Please help.

    I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.

    What is the URL of the site with the problem?

    Hello,
    No the website is not linked to this account as I can’t login onto it and ask for help directly there…
    The website url is : https://www.arvet.se/
    The account is the one under Sandra Frank.
    And the reset email that never arrives is supposed to be sent to the corresponding email adress….

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    This means our help is limited with gaining access to this site.

    You would need to reach out to the hosting provider for assistance in gaining access to that site.
