  It is not cached – you need to delete it from your media library – it will still probably be cached by some search engines

  Dashboard >> Media >> then delete the file here –

  if you just deleted the file from a Post or Page the file is still on your blog

  I clicked delete permanently in media lib and file no longer listed but URL still works….could this please be corrected urgently

  Hi there – I’ve removed this file from the cache and it should be gone now. Just let me know if you need further help.
