Urgent Domain Name Help

  HI there – I just unassigned my domain name from wix.com (www.peanut-head.com) and realized the hosting isn’t with wix. The last receipt I have for a domain purchase was October 2018 with WordPress. I’ve tried logging into my account with the email address you were emailing me too ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but that doesn’t seem to be working. Is there any way you can help me? Ive created a new WordPress account and am just looking to assign the domain name there.

  Hi Saphira –

  Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at peanut-head.com I can see that it doesn’t expire until 2020-01-30. In order to work on that domain you’d need to be signed in as peanuthead1.

  That domain is registered through WordPress.com. At this time it is still currently pointed to Wix. You can point it back to WordPress.com though once you get signed in to the correct account. Click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – peanut-head.com – Use WordPress Name Servers
