URGENT DOMAIN PROBLEM

  Hi All, I dropped a question about this a week or so ago and now my website is saying this when I visit it:

  ‘Unfortunately you cannot access this blog from freespiritfilm.co.uk any more. This domain name expired and will soon be canceled.

  Please contact the owners of this website and remind them to renew this domain before it’s too late. They need your help!’

  I’ve checked and the domain name has not expired, the issue I originally had was that I couldn’t figure out how to remap the domain name to this wordpress site.

  I really do need some help urgently as my site is now offline. I’m getting an error to say that ‘This site cannot be accessed’ in the site settings.

  Hi @freespiritfilm, looks like you had two issues here:

  – the domain was under another account (so you couldn’t access its settings)

  – the expiration date hadn’t updated. I was able to fix that one :)

  You’ll want to be sure you can access the account though — usually you should be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders. If you need help with that account, let us know.
