Urgent – error in the payment for my domain renewal

  Hello,
  I am trying desperately to renew my domain name and every time I try to pay, there is an error message asking to fill the ‘First name’ field and there is no such thing. My domain expires in 2 month time and I need desperately to pay. Can anyone help here? Thanks. Jose
