  I cant access anything to resolve the website crash.
  My emails cpanel and admin are down.

  I believe updates did not install effectively.

  Please help

  It appears that your site is hosted elsewhere. So, to resolve your issue you need to contact your hosting provider.

  Hello,
  That is correct.
  As mentioned in my original post, the problem is with the update and how they have not been installed on the server properly. My host has suggested I contact WordPress for a fix.

  Can you help at all please?

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
