  Dear sir or madam I want to use 14 days free trailer but page ask me my card details. Is it possible to use 14 days or less for free to understand what I can do with this site

  In order to access the 14 day free trial, you will need to use a credit card and then cancel the upgrade in your dashboard>My Upgrades prior to the end of that period. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  You don’t need any trial to understand what you can do with this site. For that you can read both the Terms of Service https://en.wordpress.com/tos/ and this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ , which explains the difference between hosted WordPress.com, where we are, and the standalone version of the WordPress software.
