Urgent help for small business

  I am new at a design studio and have to design an online annual report on WordPress for a company. The site has to look similar to last year’s annual report which was designed by another designer. The old site is http://cjg-annualreport.co.uk and you can see that the logo/header at the top is a good size. On the 2021 site that I am setting up, I have followed the same customise settings in the appearance section but cannot get the logo any bigger. Please can someone advise me on how to fix this.
