Urgent help needed

I cant access my other blogs saraharmenia.wordpress.com, heqiatner.wordpress.com and lusineaghajanyan.wordpress.com cause I have a problem with my yahoo account (email visible only to moderators and staff). Would you please tell me what info should I provide to get access to my blogs that are very important for me. Thanks in advance, Srbuhi

Thanks a lot for your fast response.
I tried this form before but the problem is that I cant provide any of the three kinds of proofs mentioned in the “Proof of Ownership” section. I think I have only one of them -activation URL- which was sent to my email address to which I dont have access now (that is why I dont have access to my wordpress blog as well, as I lost the access to the mentioned email address). I can send any other kind of identification info like phone number, ID card, etc. Please help me.

Is there any way for you to get back into your email address associated with the account? It will give you the best bet in retrieving your account and your blogs.

I did try to get back into my email address but no success, as yahoo never provides appropriate customer service. Some of my social network accounts are registered with that email address (which I use since 2010 BTW) but I have access to all of this social network pages an everything but not the email itself :(((

If you aren’t able to provide an email from the email address with which the blog was registered, a PayPal transaction ID, or the original activation link, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you recover the account.
In order to regain access to your account, the best bet is to try to temporarily regain access to the e-mail associated with the account.
We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.

You would need to be able to log into your account in order to enable two step authentication. I see that the last time you logged in was about a month ago. You lost access to your yahoo email that recently?

Remember, you can use your username and password to log in as well – if you remember your password. Then, you can update the email on the account.

Do you happen to remember the username and password? You can bypass even using the email if you remember the username and password.

hm, that is the problem…..username can be one of those:saraharmenia, sarah, srbuhi. Password I really cant remember, changed it many times, I can provide my tel number, I think I registered that here +37493402967.

Since its on the site – the username reflects the name of the yahoo email address you currently cannot access. If you remember the password, use that username to access the account and you should be good to go. Thanks!

OMG. But that is exactly the problem that I dont remember the password. If I did, then why would I write here and ask for a help. Anyways, thanks for responding and please, find me a solution in this case, I can send you any kind of ID card or other document that could be considered as a proof of my identity.

I understand. Again, unless you can provide proof from the items we has listed on our support page, the best bet is to reach out to Yahoo again to see if you can work out a way to regain access to your email account. The three methods of proof of ownership on the support page are the only three that we accept.
