Urgent help needed

I recently linked my blog to my Linkedin profile page. This seemed to work on WordPress however I have no sight of the post on my Linkedin profile. I have subsequently seen an influx of views on my Linkedin page to an old post which is clearly incorrect. If they are viewing my new blog, why can I not see it on Linkedin? And why was I not prompted on WordPress to put a covering note to my blog link? This is a disaster.

Are you speaking of http://regenerationod.wordpress.com/? That site is not currently connected to LinkedIn.
The one post on that site, https://regenerationod.wordpress.com/2019/11/22/avoiding-common-cultural-pitfalls-while-staring-down-the-barrel-of-the-royal-commission/, was published half an hour before that site was first connected to LinkedIn, but that connection has since been removed from the site again.
Only posts published while a connection is active will cause the post to be auto-shared to the other service. If a connection is added after a post is published, the post will not be shared automatically.
And why was I not prompted on WordPress to put a covering note to my blog link?
I’m not sure what you’re speaking of here. Can you please provide more detail about what you’re trying to do?
