Urgent help recovering access to my WordPress account and purchased domains

  Hello,

  I need help recovering access to my WordPress account and the domains I purchased, menacfi.org and menacfi.com.

  I was working on my WordPress website and configuring the new domain when my laptop went to sleep. After that, I was logged out of WordPress and have not been able to access the account again.

  The email address connected to the website was a new Google Workspace email account. I was in the process of verifying that email/domain connection, but the verification was taking a long time even though I had already added the required DNS verification code. Before the verification process was completed, I was logged out.

  As a result:

  • I can no longer access the WordPress account.
  • I cannot receive recovery emails at the new Google Workspace email.
  • The email address does not appear to be properly registered or usable in WordPress yet.
  • I have already purchased the domains menacfi.org and menacfi.com, but I currently cannot manage them through my account.

  Could you please advise on the best way to recover access? I can provide proof of domain purchase and any billing or transaction details needed to verify ownership.

  From what I understand, if standard email recovery is not possible, account recovery may require proof of ownership such as a transaction ID or domain purchase details, and domain/email verification delays can sometimes take up to 48 hours after DNS changes.
  
  I filled out the WordPress Account Recovery Form several days ago with the transaction ID.
