Urgent Help Required

    Hi,

    I’m meant to be an editor on the website http://www.mancunion.com but can’t get access. When I try to I get taken to a page that says ‘Forbidden’.
    I first encountered this problem last week, as I went abroad and was denied access from there. I tried to remedy this by buying a VPN, but that didn’t work either, and now I’m back in the UK and still unable to access the backend of our website.
    I need access to this urgently, as my work depends on it, and I can’t find a contact phone number anywhere.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
