[URGENT] Issue of accessing to admin account

    Hi there,

    I changed my both admin and email address via admin WordPress this today. However, when I tried to login using my admin account, it appears unknown email address. When I tried to reset my password, it said ‘There is no account with that username or email address.’

    May I know what should I do? As I want to get back into my admin account ASAP.

    From time to time, it showed “Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.” when i attempted to login into my admin WordPress.

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Ultimately, with logging in issues, Bluehost will be best placed to help you.

    When the email address was changed, was this confirmed via email? If not, then the original logging in details should still work, with the original email address.
