Urgent need of help!

  I have transferred providers so now I am with google domains with a new hosting provider which is Bluehost. They have gave me a new link to a new WordPress. Now I don’t know how to transfer my work to my new account or I don’t know how to link them both. Bluehost have just told me that it is not possible. So does this mean I need to close this account as I do not want to be paying for 2 memberships.
