** URGENT ** Payment did not apply!
-
Hello,
Yesterday I paid $99 USD via paypal to upgrade my wordpress account. The system went to paypal and processed the payment (which is showing on my credit card statement) but when it returned to wordpress, there was an error about the wordpress server.
As a result, you have taken my payment but not given me my upgrade!
please rectify this asap, as currently I cannot continue with building my site without the additional features that I need (the reason why I upgraded).
Thank you for your (very) swift attention to this matter!
regards

Hi there,
I apologize for the inconvenience. I added the premium upgrade to your account and you should be able to utilize the additional features that come with the upgrade. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply Darnell!
I am still having issues with my site. For example, I cannot add a my own theme … the site does not give me an add option in themes.
Also, when I go to the URL: https://diybureau.com/wp-admin it takes me to:
https://diybureaucom.wordpress.com/wp-admin.I don’t believe that is correct, as that does not happen with any of my other sites.
Still, I am not making any progress on my site! Please help!
Thanks
regards

It sounds like you are trying to install a third party theme for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog. Third party themes can not be uploaded to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
The good news is that WordPress.COM has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
You can find out more about them here:http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
Also, when I go to the URL: https://diybureau.com/wp-admin it takes me to:
https://diybureaucom.wordpress.com/wp-admin.With all sites on WordPress.com, if you are in the dashboard, it will show the WordPress.com URL and not the custom domain. I wouldn’t worry about that because none of your visitors will ever see that. You will only see it as you work on editing the site.
The reason you may not see the URL on your other sites is because they may not be hosted on WordPress.com. Same reason you can most likely install themes on those sites. What are the domain URL of your other sites?
Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
