URGENT PROBLEM – NOT FAST WEB SITE

Hello everyone,
I made this site on behalf of my client: http://www.docma.it.
The problem with the website is that it is very slow in loading all the pages but especially in HOME.
I state that I’ve updated all the PHP and WordPress versions as well.
But not only that of having reduced the images present and the same of HTML and CSS codes.
I wouldn’t know what else to do.
What is the problem I am experiencing and how can it be solved?
Does it depend on the server that the customer is still there?
My client is with Aruba but with a shared and non-dedicated server.Waiting for your kind reply,

Hi there, by all indications you are talking about a website that uses the open source WordPress software hosted at Aruba rather than hosted here on the WordPressdotcom platform.
You’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.
