Urgent! Refund

    Hello I had a domain with the name http://www.brightheels.com but I received the charge of the credit card the 31 of May but in the billing history in wordpress it says it was charged on March 18. I wanted a refund but it´s 30 days for the refund so I don´t know if I apply, the problem am having is I deleted the domain because I thought that help to get my money back but I don´t know if the refund applies so I want either a refund or help with restoring the domain so I dont loose the money.

    Are you speaking of the renewal for your Business Plan and domain? It’s not possible for us to refund that payment any more – it is both past our 30-day refund window, and past the maximum term that our payment processor allows us to process late refunds. All I can do at this point is restore the upgrades to your account – I see you cancelled those earlier today – so I’ve gone ahead and done that.

    I’ve switched auto-renew off for now, but you can re-activate that at any time by adding a new payment method on the Purchases page.

    Do you mean it only appeared on your statement then? If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact your credit card company to find out why they only showed the transaction so long after it took place.

    From our end, we emailed a renewal reminder on 17 February already, and we emailed you a receipt on 17 March when the renewal took place. If you didn’t receive those, your email provider might have filtered them as spam.

    Hi thank you,

    Renewing the account was the other option I wanted in case the money couldn´t be refunded. I do need to talk to the bank because in the statement the charge appears on may 31st.
