Urgent: Regain access to my domain

  Whilst I hope this can be more discreet, and reach a human customer service instead of a bot. There seems to be no other option.

  I am the owner of weeklyhk.com (Korean community news site in Hong Kong, business name Weeklyhk). Dadamedia (a Korean provider) previously registered and managed the domain for me through Automattic/WordPress.com. I no longer have access to their account or the login email they used. My old hosting with Dadamedia ends today, and the site will go offline. I have just purchased new hosting with Namecheap (Stellar Business plan) and need to change the nameservers to: dns1.namecheaphosting.com dns2.namecheaphosting.com

  Please help me recover access to the domain or update the nameservers directly. I can provide proof of ownership (payment records, old site content, business registration in Hong Kong, etc.). Thank you.
