Urgent shop staff profile image

  It allows me to select a gravata image for the admin email but I need to give both these shop staff a photo, but the photo doesn’t have a link with it to choose image which I have uploaded and tried. How do we change this profile image so it shows in drop down menu when user selects which staff member? I have screenshots to share with you!
