    This ‘Urgent! The domain upgrade for your blog theviz.com.au expired yesterday.’ is something I’d like to take care of, but the path is not clear. Please help

    Hi there,

    That domain is not registered with us on WordPress.com.

    The domain used to be mapped here, but the domain mapping upgrade that used to connect it to your WordPress.com site has expired and has been removed from your site. In fact, it appears that upgrade should actually have been removed from your site when you cancelled your Business Plan in October last year, and the last renewal payment for that upgrade was in 2017.

    We do not sell domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade, so you’ll need to buy a new plan for your site to add that back.

    I also see you used to have plugins installed on your site under our Business Plan – if you wish to downgrade to a cheaper plan we’ll need to revert your site to how it was before you first installed any plugins, and there is a risk of content being lost during this process, so I’ll need your confirmation first to do that.

    If you want to add a new Business Plan and continue using plugins on your site, let us know and we’ll send you a link to pay for a new Business Plan. Once you pay we can then reactivate the plan and domain mapping on your site.

    Else, please confirm if we should revert your site. Once we’ve reverted it you will then be able to purchase the Personal or Premium plan and add the domain mapping back as part of the plan.
