URGENT: Too Many Redirects/Site Note Working

    Hello,

    We have a problem with our site – some of our students (including me – student support) are trying to login and it just redirects them, says they need to clear their cookies but I have tried that 100 times and nothing works – not incognito, not clearing the cashe or cookies. We have people paying for a program but still cannot get into the website. Is there anyone who can help out with this issue ASAP?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Hi there,

    Yea apparently our website does not have it’s own login to WP although we are using WP for our site.. it’s itnstudents.com – our students are having trouble getting in and it always redirects… these are students who have paid thousands of dollars for our program but cannot get access because it just redirects them and we have no idea how to help. is there any way we can hop on a call? This is an urgent matter and we really need help!

    I’m having the same situation, sstevens1044…

    Tried launching yesterday and still have not gotten the site live.

    Sadly we can’t help directly because we don’t host itnstudents.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host (via Cloudflare DNS) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com sites (for enhanced security) and are not familiar with login issues for WordPress sites with other providers

    The good news is that help is available for your version of WordPress here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    Also I did a bit of digging into the source code of itnstudents.com and noticed that it appears to be using the BuddyBoss theme for WordPress, which may be the source of your issue since it seems this theme also is what is controlling the front end login functionality. With this in mind you may also wish to reach out to BuddyBoss support to see if they are familiar with this issue and able to help: https://support.buddyboss.com/support/home/
