URGENT – Unable to purchase domain

    I have been trying to purchase a new domain & upgrade my plan for the last 2 weeks. After filling all details at the checkout page of WordPress, I proceed to PayPal, where, on clicking ‘Purchase’ I am re-directed back to the checkout page of WordPress. This has been happening over & over again. I contacted the support team a few days ago. They were unable to solve my issue. They told me my query is being forwarded to technical team but no one got in touch. I am deeply frustrated. Please help me as my business is on hold because of this.

    Hi there,

    Your payments are being blocked either by PayPal or by your bank. This usually happens if a card is not authorized for international payments, so please contact your bank to enquire about that, or else contact PayPal to find out if there’s a problem on their end.

    I contacted the support team a few days ago. They were unable to solve my issue. They told me my query is being forwarded to technical team but no one got in touch.

    We replied to you via email on 1 June after the request was rerouted to us from our third party support partner. You never replied to us there.
