Norton Safe Web will not grant me access to my own site. Please help me. It is urgent.

Hi there,
WordPress.com can’t control what websites Norton chooses to block through their Norton Safe Web. I checked your site and I don’t see any reported issues on it:

You may need to contact Norton directly to find out why your site is being blocked by Norton Safe Web and request that they unblock it.
Alternately, if you are using a Norton antivirus program or browser extension, you may need to temporarily disable it to access your site.

I wish I could post a screen shot of the Norton Antivirus message but I don’t know how. So, I called them Saturday. They are actually hackers posing as Norton. They want you to embed things in files or go into your computer remotely. I can go in on some devices but not my home or work computers. Neither use Norton. Someone I am working with on the site ran some check and says it is fine on his end as well. I created and manage the site. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks for letting me know. If the message is not actually from Norton, it sounds like you likely have a virus or malware on your computers. This link is about a different sort of malware, but you can use the same solution to try to remove any infection from your computer:
