  Why is the website down for wearethefederation.org?

  Hello,

  It appears that the WordPress.com Business plan for that site has expired and is causing the error you are seeing.

  The site owner will need to renew the Business plan in order to get things back to how they were previously.

  Hi. Thank you for responding. It’s unclear which plan I need to get. I don’t have a record of having purchased a Business plan previously. Is it possible to speak with a WordPress rep?

  Sure thing, we are WordPress.com reps. We aren’t in a call center, though.

  Are you able to log in as the site owner? It’s under another account. That’s the one that was used to make the purchases, so it will be the one with the records and what not.

  If you can’t do that, can you go ahead and add the plan of your choice, then update us here so we can see if we can map it from our end?

  On second thought, if at all possible, can you log in as the site owner first? You can log out here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Then log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  Then, you’ll find the billing history here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  And you’ll be able to re-add a Business Plan and the domain mapping.

  Hi. I logged in, and the assets for the site are in my account. They can be seen here: wearethefederation.wpcomstaging.com

  But I haven’t received any reminders to either email address associated with my account: (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Should I go ahead and purchase a Business Plan, and then can you ensure I receive the reminders?

  To ensure you receive the reminders, you’ll need to update the email associated with the account, as the two email addresses you provided are not the official account email.

  So, log into the account and follow the instructions on our support page to update the email.
