[Urgent] Why is my old domain ‘www.ronglyu.com’ gone?

Hi there,
I registered this domain ‘ronglyu.com’ with WordPress 3 years ago in early 2018. I’ve been subscribing WordPress service for 3 years till this March. Then I realized my website ‘www.ronglyu.com’ is not accessible anymore. I understand the reason could be I stopped subscribing the service. I tried to continue my subscription to re-activate my old domain ‘www.ronglyu.com’, but the system told me this was already registered. Please tell me how can I get my old domain back.

That domain expired on march, 11th 2021 and the status is ‘pending deletion’. Wait for help from Staff.

Your domain expired back in March as it was not renewed.
As @staartmees mentioned, the domain is currently pending delete and, I’m afraid we are not able to restore it anymore.You’ll want to wait for the domain to be liberated and register it again.

Hi, I believe my domain is still in the redemption period. Please let me know how to redeem the domain. It is important that I keep my this one. I don’t want to wait till it’s liberated.

Your domain exited the redemption period on May 23.
It is in the process of being returned to the public market, and at this point we have no control over it.
I recommend trying to register it through your registrar of choice once a day, and if no one else registers it before you, you should be able to recover it.

I tried to register again through WordPress but it says it’s already taken . How comes? You said It’s not returned to the public market yet?

It’s still in the process of being returned to the public market, not fully returned yet.
We don’t have any control of the domain after the redemption period, so we can’t say specifically when it will be available again.
