  I need to change my website URL from hotterthanatwodollarpistol to imflyingcopilot except now it made a new site and I didn’t want that. I changed my WordPress url before but now I am having trouble. I prefer to delete the account i just made with no content and keep my main one I just tried to change the url and it didn’t work. Thank you

  Hi there,

  It is possible to change the address of hotterthana2dollarpistol.wordpress.com to some other address by following the steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/

  However, it’s not possible to rename your site address to another site (once it exists) and it can only be used to claim a new address that is not used in our system.

  Because imflyingcopilot.wordpress.com has already been created as a second standalone site, it’s not possible to use that address for your site at hotterthana2dollarpistol.wordpress.com. You can use a different address, but not that one.

  If you prefer to use imflyingcopilot.wordpress.com as the address of your site you do have the option to export and import the contents between the two sites.
