  I can’t change my URL

  We can’t help you because what you posted is vague.
  You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available.
  What is URL are you trying to change to?
  Are you using this guide?
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
  Look closely at the image to find the correct My Blogs location

  I follow all the instruction, but it doesn’t work. Oh yeah btw I’m not using pc to change that I’m using smartphone is that a problem ?

  Define “all instruction”. What are you trying to change it to? At what point in the process does it fail, and what does the failure look like?

  Ok I read the instruction again and found this:

  Note that this will take you to a different screen than the My Blogs tab on the WordPress.com homepage. You cannot change your blog address from the My Blogs section of the homepage.

  What does mean ?

  How do I solved that ?
