URL change issues

  Hello. I have recently created a new website with a certain domain name. However, I later tried to change the url on WordPress but now not only the interface on WordPress is completely different and confusing, I cannot access my admin rights anymore.
  I have searched for solutions online and have already try to fix the issue with the file manager or phpmanager but nothing seems to work
