URL contains ‘box5181.temp.domains/’

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to change the URLs on the different pages of my site so that they do not include the ‘box’ and ‘temp’ wording. Below is one example of how the site URL reads:
http://box5181.temp.domains/~sanshini/sanshin-method-aluminium-recovery-through-hot-dross-processing/Many thanks in advance.
