url issue- do i need hosting?

  i purchased oeste.me for my blog and http://oestecosta.wordpress.com/ keeps showing up.. do i have to buy hosting?

  You’re actually almost there. You just need to choose your primary domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  I tried that and got an error message… I tried using a different browser to access the page and still got an error message ..

  It says : this page has a redirect loop
  Error: 310 err too many redirects

  http://oeste.me/ appears to be working properly.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP, which is why you’re seeing the error. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
