Good day, udintim!
Thank you for reaching out.
In order to set the URL for each journal entry as /Journal/<post name>, you must edit the Journal entry pages and access the Parent Page attribute. Set the Parent Page to Journal and Publish.
Check out the Parent settings and other Page Attributes settings in the following help article.
https://wordpress.com/support/pages/page-options/
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards,

Thanks for reverting back.
Actually only Journal is a page and blogs are created through posts. So how to do same thing with posts ??https://zeuscapital.life/demo-1-how-risk-averse-are-you-293/ this a post not a page
https://zeuscapital.life/journal/ this is a page

My apologies, udintim! You are correct. This is different for posts than pages.
Ok, for that, you will need to access My Site > Settings > Permalinks and create a custom structure for your post permalinks.
More information can be found in the linked help article below.

Hi @udintim
The ability to change permalinks on WordPress.com is only available if you have a site hosted here with us, and also have added our WordPress.com Business Plan upgrade to your account.
I also need to point out that your site is not actually hosted on WordPress.com.
Your host (Hostinger) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on our managed hosting service. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site settings. The good news though is that there is a forum dedicated to the open-source variant of WordPress, so you can find troubleshooting your permalinks issue here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
