URL Split Testing for Landing Pages
-
We would like to URL split test a sign-up form embedded on one of our pages. Basically, we would like give different people different links to our sign-up form based on different marketing strategies (i.e. one link for Twitter reach-out strategy 1, one link for Facebook reach-out strategy 1, etc.). We need to see which strategies are leading to the most sign-ups.
The landing pages would be exact replicas of one another. We have already copied the sign-up page, but when we do so we do not see a way to disable the test page from showing up in the navigation menu. As we are testing 20 different methods, we don’t want 20 copies of the exact same page showing up in the navigation menu. Is there a way to disable a page from showing up in the navigation menu?

To remove it from the navigation menu, try building your own menu following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
