URL Structure

  I have my first wordpress.org site hosted on Dreamhost.

  I want to create some sort of site structure/url structure like this;

  mysite.com/beginners/scales
  mysite.com/beginners/strumming
  mysite.com/drums
  mysite.com/drums/footwork

  How do I do this? I tried adding categories but got;
  mysite.com/category/drums/footwork …. which I don’t like…

  I tried permalinks too and custom link on post editor but wouldn’t let me po ‘/’ in..

  Any help greatly appreciated!!!
