  Is there any way to contact a URL holder and ask them to transfer their URL to you? I am trying to set up a small business but the wordpress URL I would like is in use (the webpage isn’t fully formed and has remained out dated for over 5 years). https://millieonair.wordpress.com/

  Wordpress.com never reveals info about the owner of a site. You could try to contact the owner of that site, if that’s not succesfull you must choose another domain name.
